1shows Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 1shows platform by Malaysian users. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all registered users and visitors of the 1shows platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1shows platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other interface we provide — you legally agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. This agreement takes effect immediately upon your first use of the platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 1shows platform. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all applicable terms.
You also confirm that you are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and that accessing online gambling platforms is lawful under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. 1shows reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on 1shows. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any accumulated balance. All information provided during registration — including full name, date of birth, phone number, and payment details — must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Do not share this information with any third party. 1shows will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account, whether with or without your knowledge.
General User Responsibilities
- Not using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law.
- Not attempt to hack, manipulate, or interfere with the platform's systems.
- Not use any automated software, bots, or unauthorised methods to play or conduct transactions.
- Not engage in any form of fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
- Comply with all game rules set for each game category on the platform.
Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All deposits and withdrawals on the 1shows platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include TNG eWallet, bank transfers via FPX, and other local methods that may be added or removed from time to time at the platform's discretion.
Deposit
Deposits will be credited to your account upon successful transaction verification. 1shows reserves the right to request supporting documents for deposits exceeding certain thresholds as part of our anti-money laundering verification procedures. Deposited funds are intended for gaming purposes only and may not be transferred to other users.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to the payment method used for the original deposit, subject to successful identity verification. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, as well as estimated processing times, are available in your account section after logging in. 1shows reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals suspected of being linked to fraud or a breach of these terms while an investigation is conducted.
Currency & Charges
All amounts are displayed in MYR. 1shows does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own fees beyond our control. Any such charges are the user's responsibility.
Account Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability
Suspension & Closure by Platform
1shows reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of: fraud or attempted fraud; use of a false identity; game manipulation; breach of these terms; or any activity that may compromise the integrity of the platform or other users. In cases of confirmed violations, the account balance may be withheld pending investigation.
Closure at User's Request
Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting the 1shows support team. Prior to closure, any valid balance will be returned to the original payment method once all required verifications are completed. Closing an account does not release the user from any obligations that arose prior to the closure date.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 1shows shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, technical delays, or data loss. 1shows's total aggregate liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1shows platform — including but not limited to logos, graphic designs, user interface, text, software code, game names, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of 1shows or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or exploit any such content without our prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 1shows platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. Such links are provided solely for user convenience. 1shows does not control the content or policies of those third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage that may arise from using their services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms of service separately.
Changes to Terms
1shows reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the updated terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the revised terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 1shows platform shall be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanisms prescribed under Malaysian law. By using this platform, users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

These Terms & Conditions are in Bahasa Malaysia. In the event of any ambiguity in a translation or other language version, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall be definitive and binding.
